The original Soviet editions can still be purchased by a much cheaper prize through URSS publishers (I got my copy that way as they have direct distribution in Spain). The aim of this volume is to give an introduction and overview to differential topology, differential geometry and computational geometry with an emphasis on some interconnections between these three domains of mathematics.
